
Hot Fudge Sauce ![]()
2 to 4 squares Unsweetened
Chocolate
1/2 Cup Butter
1/2 Teaspoon salt
3 Cups Sugar
1 Large Can Evaporated Milk
Melt Chocolate, Butter and Salt in a double boiler. Add Sugar, 1/2 cup at a
time, stirring
after each addition. Add Evaporated Milk, a little at a time and continue
stirring until well
mixed. Cook until well mixed and heated.
Serve Hot over your favorite Ice Cream.
