I need a wedding or birthday cake, do you know of a gluten free baker ?

These are my favorite gluten free bakeries. I will add

I was recently ill and Celiac Specialties sent us a sampler
basket and I believe they had the best cakes, donuts,
cookies and other goodies that I have ever eaten since
going gluten free. I believe it was their glazed donuts
that brought me back to good health. :)~
